When coffee arrives at the roaster it is raw and green, with all of the potential sweetness locked inside, awaiting the flame to wake the flavor. At Fox Hollow, we have wedded age-old traditions of roasting techniques with state-of-the-art equipment to consistently bring out the best each bean has to offer.

We put all of our coffees through extensive testing, including visual, aromatic and taste tests. All of this in an effort to bring nothing but the finest coffees from around the world to our valued customers.
